Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Free shipping on orders over a certain amount — details available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kaeyalab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
